The W.T.T. reads "ETY to NME" for R400.  This means empty to North
Melbourne (arr. 16.00), then stopping at Spencer Street (16.03) and
Flinders Street (16.07, PL 7).  This service is not shown on timetables
at P.T.C. homepage.  I suspect it is not printed in the public booklet
timetable either.
