I was lead to believe that they were getting 42106 for spares (mainly the bogies) and
not to return to service. This unit has no engine and numerous parts are missing. With
4 operable units plus the 49 class they don't need another loco but they do need cheap
spare parts which is what they are getting with 42106.Bob
