Yes I agree wholeheartedly - my attitude to standardisation is "all or
nothing".  My basic concern is that the job was started, but if it's not
finished it'll be a disaster.  And when they sell the system, it's a
very big cost to convert miles of track and many vehicles to SG.  Hence
it's a big ask....
