I went to the victrip page today to look up the train timetable.
Anyway posted on the top of the first pages was 
"Due to severe vandalism and fire, no trains shall operate between 
Dandenong and Cranbourne until approximately Thursday 4 June 1998.
 Replacement buses will be provided.

Does anyone know any more about this?
