The line is intact and mostly standard guage from Snowtown to
Bute.

SACHB Ltd have broken the line for a short distance (100 metres
at the most) on the Kadina side of Bute, then it is dual guage
to Kadina.

YPRPS run BG Kadina to Wallaroo but the line is mostly dual
guage.

The line is continuous, although not all the same guage through
Kadina, and recent road works have preserved the line and
crossings but made a mess of the yard.

The run-around loop at Kadina is BG as are the turnouts in the
DG main line.

Wallaroo would need to be rebuilt but there is a considerable
quantity of rail about the place which could be used.
