There was a death as a result of a height limitation beam falling on a
car after it was hit by a truck - is that the one you mean? The truck
load, IIRC, stayed put, more or less, but it was the actual beam,
meant to protect the bridge, that killed the poor soul. The accident
happened at the Inkerman Street bridge near Balaclava station about
2-3 years ago.
