While in Brisbane on Monday I noticed loops at Yeerongpilly and (I think) Sunnybank which looked like they had lines of welding zig-zagging along the head of both rails. Does anyone know waht it is for? The one at Yeerongpilly was on the east side where the railmotor waits between runs. Regards, Chris Stratton Wollongong, NSW, Australia
