New siding for CRT. Hook and Pull has been rumoured to be done by GNRS

40 km/h speed restriction around Champion Rd and another 40 km/h
restriction over the grade crossing at Paisley. Not enough
time/distance between the two to get much speed, especially if your
train is 1 km long or so.
