On an RTA tour in 1995 we visited this station (where there are a few
'S' trucks still in use by the local mill) - it was pronounced
NAN-a-mee.

A few others which might interest people:
BEALIBA - be-AL-i-ba
WANGARATTA: WANG-a-RAT-a (main emphasis on the RAT) ... but ...
TALLANGATTA: Tell-ANG-at-a
TOCUMWAL: TOKE-um-wool
