UPFIELD LINE ALTERATIONS

According to a poster at Museum station today, there will be altered
running for the 3 passengers who still find a use for Victoria's answer
to the Line From Nowhere to Nowhere on Saturday 24th January (tomorrow)
and Monday (Australia Day) due to bridge works at Manningham Street,
Parkville.
The trains will only be running between Royal Park and Upfield with the
connecting buses running between North Melbourne and Royal Park. The
section between Flemington Bridge and Royal Park is scheduled to take an
extra 9 minutes on the bus.
The first train will be 6.09am from Royal Park and I wasn't paying much
attention but I think the last train is 19.09pm.
Passengers wanting down trains (towards Upfield) at stations between
Royal Park and Coburg need to catch them from Up platforms (ie Melbourne
bound platforms).
If anyone knows how the single line working is to be done, I would be
interested in knowing. I believe the likely contenders are either Pilot
working or Train Authority Working (although this is painful as someone
would need to write Train Authority Orders all day). Thanks.
