Hi Chris,

Don't bother, as univ. students (including myself a few years back) have
complained to the P.T.C., but the price for a laminated card is still
over $100!  From memory, the reply I received from the P.T.C. is
(something along the line of) the tertiary students have better chance
of gaining some form of work than primary/secondary students.
Therefore, the concession card for the primary/secondary is much cheaper
than tertiary.

Then again, if you wish to go ahead with this matter, I wish you luck.
