The briztram will follow the example of the Queensland rail network.

	1. Inefficient.
	2. Doesn't go near anything - houses, shops offices
	3. Specially designed not to intergrate with any other form
		of transport.

	Missing the City Rail network of Sydney (it's great by 		comparision)
