No more oil for Wodonga?

G'day,

It seems no more oil is going to Wodonga, as the timetabled goods is no
longer tabled Nth Geelong-Wodonga, but rather is Totty-Wodonga.  Moves
to/from Shell Corio are reduced.

A quote on Pate 33 of Dec/Jan "Network Rail" comes to mind....
"Everywhere you ride on rail in Victoria, you see industries located
along the line that have had sidings removed.  The opportunities are
