Re: Bluebirds are go?



The sprinters in use in Gippsland are in fact taken from other services which
have had to suffer the replacement by N classes and H sets. They are
consequently slower although schedules have not been adjusted accordingly.  I
think the Victorian Govt should bite the bullet and order the sometimes rumoured
Intercity Sprinters which could be used on the Bendigo and Ballarat services
(extending to Echuca and Ararat) and leave the present suburban type sprinters
to operate the shorter services.
