That's true about concession's.
The XPT was a political stunt, and contrary to views
from NSW, that is what people outside of NSW always
thought about that expensive exercise.
These things belong in Europe/UK, particularly the
latter where the rail system was and still is for
passengers with appropriate track to suite.
