Heard a funny story today along these lines in Railfan shop-

WTTs apparently became unavailable for a couple of years to gunzels after a
gunzel bought one, went to photograph a goods and it didn't turn up. He
wrote a letter to the Minister to complain and subsequently they were
withdrawn from non-railway employees in case someone sued. They eventually
got the lawyers onto it and they suggested renaming it Master Train Plan -
no guarantee of any given service as the timetable printed is only a plan.

Don't know how true it is but not a bad story.

Along same lines, Railfan Shop has some Adelaide STA bus working time
tables! Probably more of a work of fiction than the current NSP!
