In relation to Hunter Valley coal working, has anything happened in regard to 
the trial of ATP (Automatic Train Protection Equipment) which was 
recommended by the Coroner as a result of the Beresfield Incident and was 
agreed to by the then NSW Transport Minister.

Also , in relation to DOO working for NRC , I understood that initially NRC 
agreed that DOO working would only be introduced on lines that had some 
sort of ATP equipment installed.
Obviously this requirement seems to have been dropped also.
