K153 isn't quite operational, and hasn't run for about 3(?) years. A few
months of solid work would get her running again. I'm pretty sure her
boiler is still certified.

IIRC, both J516 and J541 are under restoration at Healsville. I think J536
is WCR's next steam project after R711.

Steamrail also has A2.986 under restoration, and SHRC has J512 in bits.

BPR (3'6") has V1209, M6, PB15.454, 6 and Klondyle oeprational with T251
under restoration. PBR has 4(?) NAs, Climax and 3 smaller locos, plus G42
which is into the third decade of its restoration and an NGG16 to follow.
Not sure what WGR has being retored. There is a smattering of 2' gauge
stuff around the state too.
