Thats an unfair statement coming from someone who doesn't even know what the
system is like David. At least he *has* experienced the system, therefore, he
is more qualified to make judgement.

Trouble with Melbourne is that no-one likes change.

You may be right that he hasn't read Melbourne papers, listened to talkback
etc.. but how often do people comment on the good things about something.
People, like yourself, tend to only make/post complaints. When was the last
time you posted something positive?

Trouble is Metcard is here to stay, and the longer people torment themselves
whinging about what they *don't want to do*, rather than just getting on with
what they are required to do, the worse the systems outlook will get.
