Very foolish. Come 2000 and CityRail are looking for trains, they'll be
kicking themselves. The DEB sets would be able to replace the K sets
around Newcastle and the L sets around Wollongong for the duration to free
up the double deck sets for suburban use. They could even run Clyde -
Carlingford shuttles and free up a T set.

Around the time of the Olympics SRA will be begging for cars. ARHS(ACT),
RTM and 3801 Limited take note. If you've got something which can carry
passengers and run at 115km/h, you'll be contacted. :)
