Questions
1..	Can anyone explain the significance of City of Goulburn and La Trobe
???

2..	Same name on two locos include City of Port Augusta (CLP8 & NR28),
City of Albury (XP2007 & N???) and City of Melbourne (XP???? & N???). Does
anyone know of any others? Can anyone replace the question marks above ?
