All three nominated 421's (nominated replaces "registered" due to
possible confusion with motor vehicles by simple journalists) are
fully cleared to run in either direction at up to 115kmh as allowed by
the infrastructure.

There have been a few mods, the major one being air conditioning in
the No 1 end cabs (at least) and the space for the staff exchanger
filled in (and used for some of the air con gear!)

Also some changes have been made to the filters.

42103/7/9 are runners, 52105 will follow shortly after some attention
to the engine.
