Does anyone know at this stage how much of the West Coast Narrow Gauge goes with the sale. Does it include the track and right of way.? Commonwealth and State Systems were largely protected by the statutes that created them. District Councils might have revenue raising in mind now that we are going Private. Interesting is it not.
