WAL951 was the former Westrail commissioners car, converted from a brakevan
built for WAGR to CR plans. It was obtained by WCR when it was offered for
sale by tender. It was at Crib Point on Sat.11.10, part of a train
collecting rollingstock for transfer to Ballarat. So far its has been used
on a staff car, but WCR intends to have it available for charter on bg & sg
(it has two sets of bogies).
