Todays Up 1235 ex Ballarat (8130) had N 475 + 3 car N set + WAL 951. The
WAL was painted in WCR blue with a large yellow window stripe (about 75cm
wide) and a small WCR loco on the side.

What was this car ?
Is it ex WAGR ?
What is its intended use now ?
