It's not a private line. Northern Rivers Railway has been contracted to
provide motive power for FreightCorp trains between Grafton and
Murwillumbah using ex-NSWGR 421 class diesels.

NRR also hopes to run tourist trains on the line using ex-Southern Cross
Express, ex-Melbourne Limited/SteamAge, ex-SAR cars which were stored at
Goulburn and Junee for many years.
