establish a baseline figure for sale
demonstrate how few staff are needed to actually operate successfully
provide a rationale to speed=up the sales.
Doesn't the union realise that
there is almost no inflation now, so failing to settle costs members real
money
all failures to maintain 99% reliability (as in London and UK) will drive
the
system private
