Someone in Derek's JOB (and he is being paid to do it!) has contacts all
over the place in State Rail and FreightCorp - he should check with them.
It is a basic principle of journalism - I am presuming here that Derek IS a
journalist! The people who employ Derek (us - ARHS members) have a right to
expect that information contained in Digest has at least had a rudimentary
check as to its accuracy. Several months ago, he published that one
Thursday, WL-2 went through Pendle Hill, then a couple of coalies, then
WL34 - on a Thursday? A basic check of the public timetable would have
revealed this to be wrong, and a check with CountryLink would have revealed
if there was a special timetable that week!
