Not all Mk IIIs are HSTs.

Mk III loco hauled sets are in use by Virgin Trains and Anglia Railways.
Virgin Trains also has some Mk II sets, Great Western, MML, Virgin and
GNER have Mk IIIs in HST sets.

Not quite. There are plans to supplement the HSTs with DMUs. The HST
replacement is still some years away. Along with the gas turbine
locomotives will come new cars, provisinally called the Mk V.
