If CityRail's patronage continues to increase at its recent rate there will be
little or no capacity to run relatively lightly loaded trains from the Airport
Line into the city (as opposed to Sydney Terminal) in the not too distant
future.

Better to start trains at Riverwood or Kingsgrove and run them all stations
via the AL. Requires a good attempt to match capacity with available load.
Single deck rolling stock or an education campaign to encourage those most
able bodied passengers to use the upper and lower decks on these services and
really stand clear of the doorways.
