Why would that be a factor? Why would the toilet door being automatic be a
factor with the cabin power shutting down, no video/audio, etc?

Sheesh - the bloody hide of them. I trust you raced into the QR. Travel
Centre and requested an immediate full refund, along with $200 compensation
for pain and suffering incurred?
