I don't think Impulse's cheap airfare would do anything to Cityrail's
Newcastle-Sydney patronage simply because there are so many towns/cities
along the Newcastle-Sydney line that rely on train services.  19.40$ RETURN
is cheap enough to attract passengers. What Cityrail should do is try to
accelerate as much as possible to make its services more attractive.
