That doesn't seem to be the behaviour of any psychologist I would want
to advise me, or anyone else for that matter.... It is obvious from your
postings that you aren't up to such a responsible position. I am amazed
that you got one in the first place.

No, they could have offered you another job, not necessarily as a
psychologist, if your position had been declared redundant. I imagine
they offered you something and you rejected it. Your choice if so. It
happens to many people in Australia that they don't get re-employed in
the position they formerly held. Why should you get treated any
differently?

I imagine if they found you unsatisfactory then they did use whatever
legal means were necessary to get you out of their hair. It happens in
all large organisations. Get over it. Thousands of people here every
year have to, but they don't usually start behaving like raving loonies
and blame the entire population of the country for their own
inadequacies.
