Do you mean that the Regulation 74 that used to permit the passing of
automatic signals at stop after 10 seconds, although in recent years after
other rear enders this time limit had been increased, has simply been
renumbered or replaced with another regulation of similar intent, or do you
mean that it is no longer permissable to pass an automatic signal at stop in
any circumstances other than the procedures which apply to passing home
signals at the stop position?
