130kph is no where near "High Speed" . Broady line is very curvey, I doubt
the train can reach this speed on most section.

I have the complete Airport link reports(all of them) with me, as far as I
know Albion option have not much advantage over Broadmeadow option.

And the section between this goods line and the airport would cost a lot to
build, this is the reason why Albion option costs so much more then
Broadmeadow line. Also Airport Cooperation currently do not agree with the
way Albion option approches the airport. The Albion option pass through an
area where Airport Cooperation planned for future expansion of the airport.
The Cooperation have no problem with Broadmeadow option.
