You got to wonder who is behind the Broadmeadows Progress Association!
A heavily unemployed area, usually means that you have plenty of lost souls
looking for a cause, and rent a crowd does some pretty good business there,
but it still takes money to collect so many signitures, even if 50% were
genuine ;o)

Now who benifits the most from not having an Airport Link?
I don't think it would be TransUrban, as they pick up millions of dollars of
compensation, for anything that effects their profitabity. When Kennett
announced the deal some years ago, it was stated. even an improved time
table on the Broadmeadows line would give them cause to sue for
compensation!
So who?
