One of the more amusing issues that seems to have been conveniently
forgotten by this group and also by Premier Bracks is that the Vic
Govt SOLD the BG country rail Network to FA.
They simply dont have the power to go around and guage convert all the
BG lines to SG unless FA agrees to it ,and they would have rocks in
their head to.
Until FAs lease expires , which is in 45 years , the tracks are FAs
not the Vic Govts.
