Correct Yuri. Too expensive to make any enlargement idea viable unless
Footscray station is totally re-organised (forget about shifting brick
buildings, they tried it with the old North Melbourne Loco and it
failed miserably).  It might be better and cheaper to construct a
totally new track. I suggest it might go via Yarraville or maybe on
the level through Footscray. But somehow, re-organising Footscray
station and opening the tunnel will always be the best option, IMHO.
