Also this quote.....

The line to West Swanson Dock was torn up several years ago.
Connection to East Swanson Dock was also removed.  The bridge over the
Yarra to Webb Dock has been converted into a pedestrian walkway.  All
this in the name of long-range planning.  

Now the re-instatement of these lines is to be a "priority".

Sigh, the more things change............
