Qantas has announced today that its regional subsidiary Eastern Airlines
will start flying between Sydney and Wagga from 12 March. Fares start from
$78 one way, which is only $4 more than full economy on the XPT. And
cheaper than first class.
Countrylink is really going to have to do something soon if it wants a
future.
