Victorian hijack! =)

Yarra trams seems to be more customer focused now. I have seen several "CSE"
who weren't interested in checking tickets but more helping people with
questions, changing manual points for drivers, saying good morning to
passengers, etc. More and more like conductors I'd say!  They seem to work
in the anti-peak direction (ie outbound on 75 in the mornings) within the
city area.

Well done I must say.
