The new track should go on the shops side.  When just leaving Marayong and
heading to Richmond (by train) if you look to your left as you cross over the
road by bridge you'll see 2(?) circles of slightly different concrete in the
roadways median barriers - certainly looks like pre-work for the bridge
structure for the 2nd track (on the shops side of the existing line).
