So they are bidder number 4.  Do they have an other over seas (ie
outside of Canada) intrests in rail?

or Toll Holdings.  If TH get NRC, expect an enormous increase in both
road and rail freight haulage prices.

Being Victorian, I'd have to say I hope FA get at least NRC.

Who in the world of rail would have the money to take both companies
(that would be interested)? Rail America/FA, G&W/ARG,...
