Way too late to be starting a bid for NRC now.  IIRC, the final four
bidders have been announced (a while ago). These included ASR (now
ARG), FA, Toll Holldings (largest operator of trucks in Australia) and
one other group (can't remember).

The only way to get (in reallity) at NRC would be to buy one of the
existing bidders.  FA and ARG are effectively safe from this, while the
directors of Toll Holldings are making too much money to even
contemplate selling out a road business to rail.

Freightcorp though would be an entiorely different kettle of fish.
