For the April - June quarter 2000:

Base subsidy:
Bayside : $17,975,000
Connex : $22,945,000
VLP : $19,786,000
Swanston : $12,931,000
Yarra : $ 8,604,000
TOTAL : $277,449,000

Then you have Concession Fare top-up:
Bayside : $3,125,000
Connex : $2,446,000
VLP : $2,280,000
Swanston : $1,064,000
Yarra : $1,128,000
TOTAL : $10,043,000

Capital Grants (for speical works)
Bayside : $5,887,000 (relocation of Metrol to Transport House)
Yarra : $68,000 (refurbishment program for A and B class trams)

Incentive and penalty payments: (brackets indicates penalty/fine)
Bayside : (-$1,539,000)
Connex : (-$194,000)
VLP : (-$854,000)
Swanston : (-$1,214,000)
Yarra : (-$84,000)

So you add all that up (and take off the fines) and that is how much
money each operator got for the April - June quarter 2000.
