Re: Near miss at Victoria (London)



Didn't see the start of this thread, but note that all London Underground
tunnels have a pair of bare wires running along the tunnel wall at driver's
cab window height. Squeezing the wires together cut power to the section,
and a telephone can then be clipped to them to talk to control.
