The proposed Heritage Train for Toowoomba and surrounding districts could
be lost after yet another setback in the restoration of carriages. The
carriages, presently in a derelict condition and stored at the Oakleigh
Colliery site near Rosewood, were to be moved to Toowoomba today. However,
a storage site at the former 7SD stores base has proved unsuitable.
