Nothing exclusive about it for anyone who cares to do even basic

Ignoring the fact that you've again changed the question when
challenged....

The O class, which were built in Adelaide and were in fact the pretty
much identical the Adelaide MTT's D class, so much so that they were
sold to the MTT in Adelaide, after an early retirement in Melbourne
due to their general unsuitability, as footboard cars, for the
conditions.

U and V classes, which were standard Brill designs ordered from the
Brill catalogue by NEMTL.

X class, which apart from the different door placement to suit
Australian road rules were standard Brill and St Louis Car
configurations ordered from their respective catalogues.

The VR Brighton Beach line also used Brill catalogue designs for its
initial cars and subsequent follow up order (17 cars).

Then there were the 7 Sydney C and D class bodies bought after the
Elwood deport fire solely on the suitability that they were available
immediately to VR in order that operations could continue on the line.

Later cars VR cars 22 to 27 were built (mostly in Adelaide) as near
clones of the Sydney J class after "A visit to Sydney convinced VR
engineers that the closed cross bench car was the most suitable
vehicle for mass transportation.... [these cars] were criticised by an
unappreciative public as 'never free from draughts'." (Page 11, The
Brighton Electric Line, 1966).
