The Alice Springs to Darwin rail project will be signed off in Sydney
today. The deal has been confirmed by the Prime Minister, John Howard,
who is in Adelaide today. He will go to Whyalla with South Australian
Premier John Olsen tomorrow to sign further contract documents.
