[SA] Outer Harbor/Grange Line (Gauge convertable sleepers?)

Does anyone know if the sleepers used in the recent relaying of the
Outer Harbor/Grange line was done with gauge convertable sleepers? (I
seem to remember such sleepers being mentioned in the group.) I was
walking over the track today and noticed that their where what seemed
to be otherwise useless metal fastenings on the sleepers in about the
right place to take a standard gauge rail.

I think it would be nice to have the Adelaide network converted to
standard gauge (especially for the Belair line.)
